With her warm and uplifting voice riding a bed of driven production from start to finish, she sweeps and swoons her way through this enigmatic new cut.
Offering her thoughts on the release, she said, “Guilty Pleasure is about not sugar coating what you really want even when you know it’s bad for you. People, places, memories. We all like to ponder on these thoughts for some time and beat ourselves up over the “one that got away”. I think there’s something beautiful about accepting your flaws and desires, which is what I wanted to emulate with this song.”
With such a sweet and enticing array of delights under her belt already, we surely hope that ‘Guilty Pleasure’ is the one to bring this underrated talent the international platform that she deserves.
