Patrick Barry has been in and around the music industry for nearly 25 years, and what a journey it’s been. From writing his first few songs aged 18 in 1998, to forming a successful alt-rock band and then to finding himself in a blues and folk infused group, he’s managed to achieve major success within the industry. His first band Navar supported the likes of Third Eye Blind, The Goo Goo Dolls, Reel Big Fish and many more. His other musical project, The Barry Brothers, went on to release three albums to critical acclaim.
He’s now putting his musical knowledge into his solo project. His latest release “You Got It” showcases his unique and signature sound. This sound is a melting pot of folk, blues and alternative rock. The single showcases vulnerable moments, but these moments often come wrapped up in alt-rock sensibilities that are sure to get stuck in your head.
