Musical prodigy Soleil River Nation, aged ten, has made her debut with the release of her single ‘Small Girl in a Big World’. Born in the Philippines and now residing in Florida, Soleil has always had a passion for music. She taught herself piano at the young age of six, followed by mastering the trumpet. In addition to her solo career, she is a member of the Miami Music Project’s children’s orchestra and the Grammy award-winning National Children’s Chorus.
Reflecting on her journey and the themes encapsulated in her debut single, Soleil River Nation shares her thoughts: ”I composed this song as I near my 10th birthday, reflecting on my role in the immense universe filled with uncertainties.“I don’t wanna grow up to see the bad things or the sad things or the mad things.”
Through her music, Soleil River Nation offers a glimpse into the tender yet resilient spirit of youth, navigating the complexities of the world with grace and introspection. As she continues to carve her path in the music industry, Soleil stands as a beacon of inspiration for aspiring artists and dreamers alike.
