South African-born pop writer T.E.D has dropped her newest single, ‘Good Memory,’ which is a heartfelt ballad discussing love, loss, and glimpses into the past. Now based in Gloucestershire, T.E.D’s latest venture offers carefully built melodies, stripped-back instrumentation, and stirring melodies.
Discussing the release, T.E.D explains:
”Good memory follows the heart of a lover, yearning for more than a moment to remember, to hold on to. It is for those who encompass this life with love and those who leave before it’s too soon.”
Having already been supported by BBC Introducing, and key publications, she’s of course a talent destined for a remarkable 2024. ‘Good Memory’ comes off the back of her recent single ‘Sweet Devil’ and T.E.D now seems to be showing a consistency that is highly sought after. We can’t wait to hear more of T.E.D this year.
