Back with another new release is the incredible alt-pop band The Driver Era who, today, delivered their latest offering in the form of their brand new single Heaven Angel. Their first release of the year after a fantastic 2020, Heaven Angel comes as the prelude to their upcoming sophomore record, set for release later this year and is the first track released ahead of the album. Highly anticipated, the track was both written and produced by Ross and Rocky Lynch, showcasing their skill and talent; and marks the start of a brand new era in the pair’s musical journey, with more fantastic new music on the horizon.
Another smash hit from The Driver Era, Heaven Angel kicks off with a rhythmic and addictive bassline that runs throughout and draws you in from the very first note. With a pulsating and perfectly layered instrumental, that creates a vibrant and dynamic soundscape, the immersive melody is paired beautifully with smooth and honeyed vocals. Flawlessly showcasing their talent and ever developing craft, Heaven Angel is certainly one track that you’re bound to have on repeat.
Alongside the single, they also delivered some stunning new visuals to accompany the release. With a club inspired theme, the music video features the brothers in various night-lit scenes and gleaming cityscapes under the cover of darkness, and embarking on a cinematic drive around Los Angeles in a vintage convertible before arriving at a smoky underground club with everyone dressed to the nines. Glamorous, fun and energetic; the music video is a perfect visual companion to the bold new track.
