With more than 25 years of musical experiences between them, Minneapolis-based duo The Ocean Deep are certainly no lightweights on the scene. With last year littered with a frenzied amount of alt-rock thumpers, they now return with their latest dose of high-octane energy with ‘Cyanide’.
Written, recorded and produced by the pair themselves at their own Knightfall Studios, ‘Cyanide’ marks one of their most euphoric and driven releases to date. With a flair for blistering production and glistening guitar hooks throughout, their newest release is a firm and solid return for a band that are definitely heading in the right direction.
Adding about their new single, they said, “It’s about being with someone but you’re not quite sure it feels right. So you feel guilty and heartless. You want to tell them, but you can’t.”
