London-based outfit Good Time Locomotive are back in our ears again as they look to bolster their discography with their latest single ‘Daylight’. Sending you straight to the dancefloor with its inbuilt chic and finesse, the group are sounding as punchy as ever.
Wasting no time, the track gets off to a mighty start, instantly filling the airwaves with a bass-driven call to the floor and shining synthesis. Diving towards the chorus, the track really begins to shine, welcoming its roaring guitars and pummeling drums to give the single that silky dynamic.
Diving straight in, the band explains, “‘Daylight’ is all about getting caught up in the moment and then waking up to reality. It’s that sudden switch from feeling everything in that moment to waking up and questioning what any of it meant.”
